I know I have. It is just not ok, is it? I know one thing for sure. I know that it is not ok to define yourself based on the opinion, words, or behavior of others. I know this as I allowed my sense of self to be affected by others as a child and it took a long time to work through this. Let’s take back our power and define our own sense of self. Today we are going to explore how to walk the line between resilience and bullying in the journey of life
