Hi there. My name is Lauren. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog. I am a 51 year old (young?) single mum of four amazing children including twins. I enjoy producing You Tube videos, blogs about life, writing books, and creating well being, fitness and relaxation resources. I also have a podcast show called ‘Being with Lauren’ on Itunes which I absolutely love creating.
I have written a book called ‘Daily Rituals For Happiness’ all about how to be happy every single day. I have just released an online course teaching you how to feel happy as an accompaniment to my book. I am currently writing my next book on stress management.
I love to compete in natural body -building, walk,and practice yoga. I am also a meditation teacher. I love sitting in side-walk bistros and talking to random strangers about the meaning of life. I love to stand in the rain, listen to the wind, and I adore drinking a cup of tea as I watch the world go by from my comfy chair.
I guess I am really a jack of several well-being trades. Right now I am on an exciting quest to feel happy, enjoy engaging with those around me, and help others to feel good about themselves. I believe that we can learn to feel happy every single day. Heh, I have an idea…Why don’t we walk together on this quest discovering happiness, being in the moment and engaging with others?
